1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Vault777 ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Platform provides decentralized gaming and prediction market services on the Arbitrum blockchain. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the Platform. By using Vault777, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform is legal in your jurisdiction. Vault777 does not make any representations or warranties regarding the legality of the Platform in any particular jurisdiction.

3. Platform Description

Vault777 is a non-custodial, decentralized platform that offers:

  • Provably fair on-chain games using Chainlink VRF for verifiable randomness
  • Prediction markets for sports, crypto, politics, and other events

All transactions occur directly on the Arbitrum blockchain. Users maintain full custody of their funds at all times.

4. Non-Custodial Nature

Vault777 is a non-custodial platform. This means:

  • We never have access to your private keys or wallet
  • All funds remain in your wallet until a transaction is executed
  • You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and private keys
  • Lost or stolen private keys cannot be recovered by Vault777

5. Risks

By using the Platform, you acknowledge and accept the following risks:

  • Cryptocurrency and blockchain technology involve inherent risks
  • Smart contracts may contain bugs despite auditing
  • Gaming and prediction markets involve risk of financial loss
  • Market volatility can affect the value of winnings
  • Network congestion may affect transaction times
  • Regulatory changes may affect Platform availability

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform if prohibited by your jurisdiction
  • Attempt to manipulate or exploit smart contracts
  • Use bots or automated systems to gain unfair advantage
  • Engage in money laundering or other illegal activities
  • Interfere with the Platform's operation or other users

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the Platform are owned by Vault777 or its licensors. Smart contract code is open source and available on GitHub under the applicable license.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. VAULT777 DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VAULT777 SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
